Service Description
You can add this service to your existing appointment or as a stand alone service. Sessions are $75 for a 45 minute consultation with $15 for each additional 15 minutes, as needed.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduling must be verified with the provider to confirm availability and coverage for requested services. *Service areas include Visalia, Tulare, Exeter and Hanford. *Clients seen outside of these areas are subject to a travel fee. To ensure that I can continue to bring quality care and service wherever you are, a travel fee helps cover the journey to get there. It helps me stay safe, fueled up and ready to give you my full attention, no matter the distance. My area of service includes Visalia, Exeter, Tulare and Hanford. Additional travel fee of $25 plus $0.50 per mile from our Visalia office address will be required to cover the fuel/mileage for the trip. Virtual Visits are also an option.
